Delete Account
You can permanently delete your CarStation client account here. Enter the mobile number you registered with and we will text you a verification code.
What happens when you delete your account
- Your account is closed immediately and you are signed out of the app on every device.
- Your name, profile photo and driving license details are removed.
- Your mobile number and email are released and can be used to register again.
- Any remaining loyalty points are forfeited and cannot be recovered.
- Booking and payment records are kept as required for accounting and legal purposes.
If you have a booking in progress, finish or cancel it before deleting your account.
Driver and branch accounts cannot be deleted here — please contact your company or our support team.
